Two years ago I named Alien Vs Predator 2: Requiem as the worst film of 2008. This special episode (initially intended to be a one-off) wasn’t merely a rant condemning the film as a vacuous commercially geared generic science fiction horror which only served to further doom both franchises to credibility oblivion – the fact that that is exactly what the film was is neither here nor there.
