Nancy is from a small mill town in lancashire, she lived a normal happy life growing up as the middle child of three. Nancy worked hard and wandered down the path of university and further education which steered her towards getting a sturdy job with potential of good earning opportunities. she was awarded a BA(Hon) in Event management from Leeds Metropolitan and pursued a career in the most creative part of the events field she could find. She did this very successfully and lived in london organising other peoples creative pursuits and ventures for 4 years until finally she couldn’t take it any longer something was missing. Her own creativity and passion for the arts was being repressed so she finally plucked up the courage to follow what had always been in her heart. Acting.
After quitting her career and life in london she packed her bags and started a new journey in New York City. She studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the William Esper Studio (Meisner technique) to explore the fabulous art of acting. She performed in a number of conservatory theatre productions. She worked with and became a member of two young up and coming theatre companies. She then made her off Broadway debut in a production of The Amerissiah by Derek Ahonen before heading back to England only a month ago.
Nancy is enjoying being back in her native country and is excited and looking forward to making her film debut. She gives thanks to all those that had no faith in her, for it only pushed her further and more determined to follow her bliss.
