Plot Summary: 
In a bureaucratic, futuristic society all wrapped in paperwork, a man called Sam Lowry dreams of flying away from it all with the girl of his dreams. Simultaneously, a mistake in the system results in the wrong man being arrested for something, and it is Sam who discovers this. He tries to help the man, and slowly gets drawn into a horrific nightmare like reality.
